Internships 

Gordon, a multi-disciplinary firm of design professionals with the common goal of providing creative design solutions to today’s challenging environment, is seeking Civil Engineering Interns for its Land Development Engineering Department in its Chantilly, VA office. The paid internship is for the Fall 2022 semester, with a possible extension into Winter and Spring 2023 semester. The internship is for part-time or full-time hours.

Hiring: Full-time, part-time, and internships (during school year and Summer)

Expertise: Land Development – Site Design, Utility Design, Transportation Design, Water Resources, Programming & Planning, Survey & Mapping

Eligible candidates will work on exciting and diverse projects of all sizes in the public and private sector. Project types include mixed-use/transit-oriented design, government facilities, residential, commercial, office, utilities and infrastructure, mission critical/data centers, parks, schools, and more. Our staff of Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects, Planners, Security Consultants, and Surveyors work together in an enjoyable work atmosphere where the employees’ goals are as important as the corporate goals.

Minimum requirements include enrollment in a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. Computer skills with proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil3D is preferred.
