Document Coordinator 

Gordon, a Civil Engineering company, is seeking a strong Documents Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a progressive word processing role for our Chantilly office.  Candidates should possess advanced skills in MS Office (Word (formatting, indexes, table of contents, and mail merge), Excel (spreadsheets and formulas), and will provide support to Gordon’s administrative staff in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Must be organized, flexible, possess excellent communication and time management skills, be detailed oriented, and must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. MS Project skills a plus.
